$C_{c}$ = coefficient of gradation

$C_{u}$ = coefficient of uniformity

$D_{10}$ = effective size

$D_{30}$ = diameter through which 30 per cent of the total soil mass is passing.

If $C_{c}$ =1.0 and $C_{u}$ =4.0
